• Credentials: Katie completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010, with a degree track in manual therapy. Her specialty is treatment of the neck and back. Katie is certified in the use of Cold Laser for the treatment of pain. Katie is also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
• Education: Florida State University (FSU), Bachelors in Human Science, University of Central Florida (UCF), Masters in Physical Therapy, University of St. Augustine, Doctorate, Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Norton School of Lymphology.
• Hobbies: I love to travel. My favorite places are Venice and Mexico…totally different, but both so beautiful! I also enjoy doing anything outside. I love to run, hike, play sports and watch sports. I’m a big Orlando Magic fan!
• What I like MOST about working at Hohman Rehab: Being part of a patient’s success and helping them to unlock their healing potential. I like the variety of patients we see at Hohman Rehab and it's amazing treating patients with some of the unique equipment we have at this facility.

I love to watch the
patients grow as they receive treatment and the huge variety in patient
cases. Also, I love working with such a caring and supportive staff!

• Credentials: Anna completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in January 2010. She is also ML830Laser certified.
• Education: Wesleyan University, Bachelors of Arts; Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions (MGH-IHP), Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Hobbies: I enjoy running, biking, swimming and competing in triathlon and running events. I grew up playing ice hockey and still enjoy playing (if I could just find a place to play in Florida!) I love spending time with my family, my fiancé, Chris, and my friends.
• What I like MOST about working at Hohman Rehab:
I love working with such great clients and I really enjoy seeing them get back to doing the things they love to do. I also couldn’t ask for better co-workers. There is such a positive and friendly atmosphere here, people always help and support each other.

• Credentials: Justin is a STNA (State Tested Nurses Assistant) and HHA (Home Health Aid). Justin is also ML830Laser certified.
• Education: Owens Community College, University of Toledo.
• Hobbies: I like to play in my garden and plant vegetables all year around. Singing very loudly in the car and anything green cause it’s my favorite color!
• What I like MOST about working at Hohman Rehab: I enjoy the interaction I can have with clients and their families when they come into our clinic. Sharing stories of recoveries that I’ve witnessed throughout the years is very enjoyable. Most clients come in here thinking the pain won’t ever go away, but on their last day the pain is gone.

Ashley Roberts

• Describe the essence of what you do in your role at Hohman Rehab -
I serve as the first face patients see when they come into the office. I also greet and interact with them throughout their visit. I’m also the last person they see, which assigns me the task of the making the first impression and the last impression.
• What are some of your personal interests, outside of work?
I love reading, writing, running, rock climbing and scuba diving. I have met Eels, Barracudas and Sharks.
• What are some things you believe in? What is your favorite quote or words of wisdom?
“imagine me complexly” – John Green
Is my favorite quote. If by imagining other complexly, it’s easier to understand the things people say and do. Embracing the complexity of others leads to a better, more aware understanding of the people around you.
• What do you like most about working for Hohman Rehab? I like how friendly and upbeat everyone is. The atmosphere is so positive.
• Why did you choose a position as a receptionist? I like working with and being around people. I also enjoy seeing progress achieved toward long-term and short-term goals.

I’m friendly and like to get to know people a little better every time I encounter them.
