Clarifying the confusion about the ideal protein method cost
Here you are, finally committed to make changes in your eating habits to improve your health and feel better about yourself. The required supplements are meant to support your health and weight loss during the program, they include: a multi-vitamin (30-day supply); calcium-magnesium (30-day supply); potassium citrate (60-day supply); omega 3 (30-day supply); amino acids powder (14-day supply) and Ideal salt. These are included in the total cost for the first two weeks and after, will cost $80 per month. Keep in mind that this is only temporary and as you transition to phase 2, 3 and 4, you will not have to eat 3 ideal protein packets per day anymore and the need for the supplements will be reduced.
To some people this cost may seem high but let’s compare $4.00 per healthy ideal protein meals with the unhealthy fast foods that most people are eating daily:

You will be saving money at the grocery store every month, and if you decide to go out to eat, it will be less expensive because you will not be eating desserts or alcohol (not allowed during the program) and this is only temporary; it has a beginning and an end.
